An undisputed King, with a pure and complex heart
The flavor is dry and slightly acidic flavor it goes perfectly with dishes with red meat, poultry and cured meats.

- Alcoholic degree: 14.5%
- Grapes: Sangiovese (75%) and Merlot (25%).
- Nature of the soils:loamy-clayey, deep, poor in skeleton, with very slight slopes.
- Altitude: 400 m a.s.l.
- Fermentation: in vitrified concrete tanks, with the use of selected yeast at a controlled temperature.
- Aging: one year in French oak tonneaux and barriques and then one year in concrete barrels.
